Hi 👋 I'm Sara!
I'm an IFS Coach and teacher. I offer one-to-one online coaching, as well as IFS courses and workshops (online and in person ).
I also teach Somatic Movement and Yoga classes locally in the Leitrim/Sligo area.
About Me
My love affair with Internal Family Systems (IFS) began in January 2022 when I started studying with Ralph De La Rosa for my own trauma healing journey. I spent three beautiful years learning and practicing with him, and it completely transformed my life.My own trauma recovery journey has taken me to dedicate my life to offer everything I have learnt to help others transform their own lives and their relationship to themselves.Qualifications
I graduated in 2025 as a Spiritual Life Coach from the Highest Self Institute. Later that year, I completed an "IFS for therapists and coaches" training with Jacqui Stilling and I have been a member of her IFS Consultation group since then. I am also a certified Grief Movement Guide and Somatic Coach.My Mission
